Locker STEP 1

Give us your dirty clothes
Place your items in the color-coded service bags and leave them in a CTC locker.

Locker STEP 2

We make it clean
Whether you need dry cleaning, washing, folding, —our expert cleaners will take care of everything.

Locker STEP 3

We drop it off THE NEXT DAY
Your freshly-cleaned items are returned directly to your home or locker within 24 business hours (meaning weekends are the exception).

How to Get Started

Chat with Crisp who will sign you up at the time of leasing your apartment. You will receive your Welcome Kit in the mail, which includes your service bags.

But Wait! You’ll need your barcode! Be sure to pick up your bar code from your apartment community or we will send it to you one to two business days after your Welcome Kit arrives.

And That’s It! Fill up those bags and enjoy.

Soon after signing up, you will receive your welcome kit. Look for a small box with our big logo, open it up, and enjoy.

You will receive two service bags:

NAVY BLUE (since we mean business) for Wash and Fold Laundry
TURQUOISE (because we’re fancy) for Dry Cleaning

Be sure to pick up your bar code from your apartment community or we will send it to you one to two business days after your Welcome Kit arrives. Place the barcodes in the clear pocket of the bags, and you are good to go!
