CTC has lockers located on each site at our partnering property locations. Each resident is provided with bags for laundry and dry cleaning services. Just simply place and lock them inside one of our lockers.

If you are a resident at one of our partnering apartment communities, your leasing agent will assist you in signing up for the service at the time of leasing your apartment, and will provide you our Welcome Kit when moving in. If you did not receive a Welcome Kit, please:
We currently only service the residents of our partnering apartment communities. If your property does not provide our service, please feel free to contact us so we may discuss future partnerships with your community.
We will charge the debit or credit card provided for the services used at the time of delivery.
We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX.
The privacy of your information is our number one priority. We utilize the services provided by our merchant to secure all information provided from our clients. Additionally, your credit card information is NEVER visible to our employees and is stored on a secure server.
For Dry Cleaning: There is no minimum number of garments required. Just put whatever you need cleaned in the provided Dry Cleaning Bag and our CTC associate will pick up and deliver them within 24 hours.
For Wash & Fold Services: Weight minimums may be assessed based in your area. Please be sure to visit the Services and Pricing for your location.
There are two options for delivery:
Pickup and delivery times are specific to each residence; however, our standard turnaround time is 24 hours Monday through Thursday. Friday pickups will not be delivered until the next Monday. Currently, no deliveries are made on Saturday or Sunday
